"So incredibly happy with my State Farm experience. A family member with State Farm insurance passed away and Marci has been a huge help through the process of navigating necessary insurance changes. "Do not go here. I had my policy with them since I was 16 years old. I am now 43 and they raised my rate over $100. No tockets and no accidents. I decided to leave State Farm and go with GEICO who gave me a great deal. A couple months later:…Dylan and Terri contact me asking me to come back to State Farm. They promise me this great deal for a cheaper price and I accepted. They told me to cancel my policy with GEICO as soon as possible so I can start my policy with them. I cancelled my policy with GEICO immediately as advised by Dylan and Terri. A couple hours after Dylan tells me I am all set and a lot of time waisted in the phone….Dylan calls me back only to tell me that my insurance rate was raised by State Farm since I left them before due to an insurance rate increase for NO reason. He tells me I can either take the rate increase at the new price (mind you he already had me cancel my GEICO policy and promised me a good rate), or I can call GEICO and try to reinstate my policy that I already cancelled like HIM and TERRI told me too. Needless to say, I refuse to take the rate increase and told him to forget it. The same thing has happened to my friends and I am so upset that I even gave State Farm the time to try and get me back. This will be going on my Facebook as well as every single marketing platform I can think of."
